Yearly fees for our homeowner's association are due July 1st of every year and are delinquent on September 30th for that year.

The dues contribute to insurance, landscaping of common areas, irrigation of landscaping, and electricity to our entry sign and sprinkler system.  The dues also contribute to beautification, general upkeep of our neighborhood and other expenses or unexpected costs that inevitably occur.

The current amount for annual dues is $125 and should be remitted by mail to our Treasurer:
